How It Works

From first contact
to settlement.

Conveyancing does not have to be complicated. Every transaction follows a clear path and I will make sure you always know where things stand. Here is what to expect when you work with me.

Get in touch

Call or send a message to explain your situation. I will give you a clear picture of what is involved, what it will cost, and what happens next. No obligation, no jargon.

Contract review and advice

Once engaged, I review all relevant documents, including the contract of sale, title searches, and any special conditions. I will explain what I find in plain language and flag anything you need to know before proceeding.

Negotiation and exchange

I negotiate on your behalf to ensure the terms of the contract reflect your needs and protect your position. Once both parties agree, contracts are exchanged.

The settlement period

Between exchange and settlement I take care of all the background work: liaising with your lender, organising final searches, preparing settlement figures, and making sure everything is in order. You will hear from me regularly.

Settlement day

Settlement is completed electronically on the PEXA platform. Funds are transferred, title changes hands, and I will let you know as soon as it is done.

I am based in Narrabeen on the Northern Beaches and am happy to meet clients in person. I also work with clients remotely across New South Wales using phone, email, and digital document signing.

The personal approach does not require you to be in the same room. It requires someone who picks up the phone, explains what is happening, and actually cares about the outcome.
